Caity is a lawyer within the MM Legal+ team, who has a background in commercial and insurance law, both in-house and in private practice. Caity has worked in Australia and the United Kingdom, advising a variety of local and international clients. Within the team, Caity advises and negotiates on a variety of commercial contracts, including across IT, professional services and personnel and recruitment contracts. Caity also advises on regulatory matters, including compliance with APRA CPS requirements. 

Caity takes a practical and solutions focused approach to advising her clients, with an ability to understand the client's commercial needs within the broader legal and regulatory framework. Caity prioritises remaining approachable to her client's and ensuring a strong focus on clear and easy to understand advice.
