Rob Graham

Rob is an experienced in-house lawyer with around 20 years' experience advising organisations in the ICT and financial services sectors. He is known for providing practical, commercial guidance on complex technology and regulatory matters, and for helping stakeholders navigate risk while keeping projects moving.

At Mutual Marketplace, Rob works in a dual capacity as Head of Legal and Privacy Officer, where he leads a team of five lawyers and a paralegal. He advises on complex, high-value transactions and strategic matters, supporting the business across contract strategy, governance, privacy and data handling, and day-to-day legal advisory. Rob is also committed to building capability in his team through coaching, training and structured development, helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for stakeholders.

Rob brings deep ICT legal experience that is directly relevant to Mutual Marketplace's financially regulated customer base. He has advised on large-scale, high-value technology engagements for regulated organisations, including complex IT outsourcing and managed services arrangements, government and regulated-procurement frameworks, and the commercial and risk settings that sit around them. His experience also spans contact centre engagements, software supply and resale models, and colocation and data centre licensing—areas where privacy, security, resilience and governance expectations are often front of mind. This background enables Rob to support Mutual Marketplace and its customers with practical, compliance-aware advice that helps deliver technology outcomes without losing sight of regulatory obligations.
